Please note: We are unable to ship American Heart Association products to Argentina, Austria, Bahrain, Brazil, China, Egypt, Germany, Japan, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, or the United Arab Emirates. However, we can ship equipment products to these countries.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Unless otherwise noted in the product description found on this Web site, an item is eligible to be returned for refund or credit within 30 days of when you received your order, and without a restocking fee!

Please note: Electronic products (eBooks, eCards, and access keys for online courses or exams) are not eligible for return.

If you determine that the item needs to be returned for any reason, please read these important instructions:

  1. Please take care to keep the original packaging intact. All items must be returned in new and saleable condition, just as you received them, including any component materials that came with the product, such as consumables, assembly instructions, and warranty cards. Publications should be in the original shrink-wrap.
  2. Call 1-413-665-7611 to request a return authorization number. You must receive authorization within 30 days of when you received the order. The authorization number will expire 30 days after you receive it.
  3. Fill out the form on the back of the packing slip and include it with your return. Be sure to include your return authorization number, and make a copy of the form for your records.
  4. Ship the item to Channing Bete Company, One Community Place, South Deerfield, MA 01373-7328, using a traceable carrier. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After we've received your return, we will inspect the condition of the item(s) and issue a refund or credit within 5 business days. Products received without a return authorization number, after a return authorization number has expired, or not in new and saleable condition in the original packaging, will be returned at customer expense.
